Privacy Policy
Who we are: WP Medical Directory is a product of I Need Leads LLC (“we,” “us”), [TENANT DATA: business postal address, city, state, ZIP]. Contact: [TENANT DATA: contact email]. This policy covers wpmedicaldirectory.com and the account, trial, checkout, documentation, and support experiences connected to it. It does not cover websites our customers build with the WP Medical Directory plugin — those sites are operated by our customers under their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Trial and account information. Name, email address, company name, and a password when you start a trial or create an account.
- Purchase information. Checkout and billing are processed by Freemius, Inc., our merchant of record. Freemius collects your payment card and billing details under its own privacy policy; we receive your name, email, license details, and order metadata — never your full card number.
- License and usage data. License keys, activation status, the domains a license is active on, plugin version, and diagnostic data sent through the Freemius SDK. [TENANT DATA: if opt-in telemetry is enabled, describe exactly what is sent and that customers can opt out]
- Support communications. Messages you send via our contact form or support email. Do not include Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient data in support requests. We are not a HIPAA business associate and do not sign Business Associate Agreements.
- Automatic data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, via server logs and [TENANT DATA: analytics tool, or “no third-party analytics”]. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google when the page loads.
What we do not collect
We do not collect Protected Health Information, patient records, or health data of any kind. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; this site is intended for business users.
How we use information
To provide trials, licenses, updates, and support; to process purchases through Freemius; to send transactional email (receipts, license keys, renewal notices) and, with your consent or as permitted by law, product news you can opt out of at any time; to improve the product and site; and to comply with law.
Who we share it with

Email choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honored within 10 business days, and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Transactional emails (receipts, license keys, security notices) are sent as needed to service your account.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know, correct, or delete personal information we hold, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). Residents of California, Nevada, and other states with privacy statutes may exercise rights by emailing [TENANT DATA: contact email] with the subject “Privacy request.” We respond within 45 days and do not discriminate for exercising rights. Nevada residents may submit “do not sell” requests to the same address (we do not sell personal information as defined by NRS 603A).
Retention and security
Account and license records are kept for as long as your account is active plus [TENANT DATA: retention period] for tax, legal, and dispute purposes. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable hosting; no method is 100% secure.
International visitors
We are a US company and process data in the United States. If you visit from the EU/UK, your data is transferred to the US; contact us with any questions about the safeguards applied.
