Accessibility Statement

Effective date: July 17, 2026 · Last updated: July 17, 2026

Accessibility is the center of what we build, so it has to be the standard we hold ourselves to. This statement covers wpmedicaldirectory.com, our marketing and documentation site. (The WP Medical Directory plugin’s patient-facing templates target WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance out of the box; that engineering commitment is described on our Compliance & Security page.)

Our conformance target

We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website. Current status: Partially conformant: automated checks pass on the key page templates and NVDA screen-reader testing of the key interactive flows has been completed; VoiceOver testing is in progress.

How we test

axe-core (v4.10) automated scanning on every release, plus manual keyboard-navigation checks and NVDA screen-reader testing of the key interactive flows (navigation, FAQ accordions, and forms). VoiceOver (macOS) testing is scheduled and this statement will be updated when it completes. Last audit: July 17, 2026.

Known limitations

Screen-reader testing to date used NVDA on the key interactive flows; VoiceOver testing and full-page passes are ongoing. Automated scans cover the key page templates rather than every page. Issues found in scans are remediated before release, and reported issues are treated as priority bugs.

Feedback

If any part of this site is difficult to use with assistive technology, tell us at support@wpmedicaldirectory.com. We respond within 2 business days and treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.
